Passenger Assistants Wanted

We are also looking for Passenger Assistants to support our school transport services.

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, patient, and enjoys working with children or vulnerable passengers. It can suit those looking for part-time work, including individuals who already work in schools or are semi-retired.

The role includes:

• Assisting passengers to and from vehicles
• Ensuring safety and comfort during journeys
• Supporting drivers on school transport routes

Requirements:

• A caring and responsible attitude
• Good timekeeping and reliability
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• KCC Passenger Assistant Badge preferred (but not essential)
